Skincare is of the upmost importance as we all are aware. Up until a couple of months ago, I had been on the same skincare routine for ages and ages, and since being at uni, had started to run out of the good stuff and ended up relying on shower gel as face wash in the shower *shivers*. A top skincare brand, famous for their use of best quality ingredients and vitamin fortified products. Clarins is a privately owned family company and was founded in 1954 by the medical student Jacques Courtin-Clarins. First sign it’s going to be good – the products are specially tailored with both beauty and skin’s health in mind.  When you are in a department store, Clarins is the understated yet chic counter you’ll have seen countless times. As you can probably see from the picture, I have become a bit of a Clarins skincare fan. I originally started off with a ‘taster kit’ for young skin; late teens to late twenties and that was the beginning.  My little collection grew when I purchased the Hydra Quench Introductory Collection.  With a Water Comfort One-step Cleanser, Hydra Quench Intensive Serum, day cream and Beauty Flash Balm (works like a primer), it really has been the perfect skin-care kit, covering each of the necessary steps to a flawless face.
